La Miraya is operated by Vookline Private Limited, registered in India. We currently ship to the United States of America. Orders are dispatched from B-40, Ralsagar Raw House, Nr. Raj Darshan, Surat, Gujarat 395005, India.

Order handling and delivery time

Orders are processed and handed to our shipping partner within 48 hours of order confirmation.

Estimated total delivery time to the USA: 15-20 calendar days from order confirmation to delivery, including the 48-hour handling period. The handling period is included in this estimate, not added on top. Calendar days include weekends.

This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Customs clearance, severe weather and carrier disruption may cause delays. Contact info@lamiraya.com if your order has not arrived within the estimated period.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping to the USA is free on all orders ($0 USD). This covers standard transportation charges, not any applicable import charges described below.

Tracking

After dispatch, we send a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24-48 hours for the courier tracking page to show the first scan.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders are shipped internationally from India. Any applicable import duties, tariffs, taxes or carrier clearance fees that are not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are separate from our free standard shipping. We do not guarantee that a shipment will be duty-free. Taxes collected by us, if applicable, are shown before payment at checkout.

Incorrect addresses and order changes

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact info@lamiraya.com promptly to request a correction or cancellation before dispatch. After dispatch, cancellation is not available; eligible returns can be requested after delivery under our Return and Refund Policy. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, any additional cost to resend it is paid by the customer.
