Currently, we exclusively ship to the United States of America (USA).

1. Order Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed and handed over to our shipping partners within 1 Business Day (24 Hours) of receiving your order confirmation.

• Business Days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays in India).

• Order Cut-off Time: 6:00 PM (GMT+05:30) Indian Standard Time.

• Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Transit Time

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the USA.

• Shipping Cost: Free

• Estimated Transit Time: 5 to 15 Business Days

• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6 to 16 Business Days (1 Day Handling + 5-15 Days Transit)

Please note that transit times are estimates. While we strive to meet these timelines, occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance, extreme weather conditions, or courier logistical issues.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking portal to update with the initial scan.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

LaMiraya is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. While shipments to the USA under certain values often do not incur duties, all fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
