La Miraya is operated by Vookline Private Limited, registered in India. Returns from the USA are sent to our return address in India after authorization.

Return window and eligibility

Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

How to request a return

Email info@lamiraya.com with your order details before sending anything back. If approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

Damaged, defective or incorrect items: La Miraya covers return shipping costs when the return is due to our error. Please contact us promptly with your order details so we can provide instructions.

Change of mind or customer selection error: The customer pays the cost of shipping the return internationally to India. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Non-returnable items

Custom or personalized products, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Contact us if any item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

To exchange an eligible item, request a return and place a separate order for the replacement item.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
