Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at LaMiraya (operated by Vookline Private Limited). We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Process

To start a return, you can contact us at info@lamiraya.com

• If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

• Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Defective or Damaged Products: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), LaMiraya will cover the return shipping costs.

• Customer Remorse: If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees. We do not charge any restocking fees.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

• Custom products (special orders or personalized items).

• Sale items or gift cards.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

 

• If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

   

• Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
