What kind of jewelry do you sell?

La Miraya sells imitation and fashion jewelry, not solid gold, sterling silver, platinum or genuine diamond jewelry. Gold-tone, silver-tone and rose-gold-tone refer to appearance, not precious-metal purity. Review the product description and images before ordering.

Where do orders ship from, and when will they arrive?

We dispatch from B-40, Ralsagar Raw House, Nr. Raj Darshan, Surat, Gujarat 395005, India. Handling is within 48 hours of order confirmation. Estimated total USA delivery is 15-20 calendar days from order confirmation, including handling. Customs and carrier disruptions can cause delays.

How much is shipping?

Standard USA shipping is free on all orders ($0 USD). Applicable import duties, taxes or carrier clearance charges not collected at checkout are paid by the recipient; we do not guarantee duty-free delivery.

Will I receive tracking?

We send a shipping confirmation email with tracking details after dispatch. Allow 24-48 hours for the tracking page to display the first courier scan.

What is the return window?

Request eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. Email info@lamiraya.com before sending anything back. Authorized returns go to our address in India.

Who pays return shipping?

The customer pays international return shipping for change-of-mind returns. La Miraya covers return shipping when the item is damaged, defective or incorrect due to our error. No restocking fee applies. Custom or personalized products, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

When is an approved refund issued?

After receipt and inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact info@lamiraya.com promptly before dispatch. After dispatch, cancellation is not available; eligible returns can be requested after delivery.

How should I care for fashion jewelry?

Keep it away from water, perfumes and harsh chemicals. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth and store separately. We do not make a blanket waterproof, tarnish-proof or hypoallergenic guarantee.
