Return Window You have 7 days from the date you received the item to initiate a return or request a refund.
Conditions for Returns & Refunds
1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received: If your product arrived damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please follow these steps:

Record an unboxing video showing the defect or issue clearly.

Once verified, you do not need to return the item. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
2. Change of Mind / Customer Preference: If you wish to return an item because it did not meet your expectations or you simply changed your mind:

The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (or your proof of damage is verified via email), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 72 hours (3 business days).
